To say that Jennifer was a lifesaver would be a severe understatement. Picture this: you're 30, you just got a position that can finally pay a mortgage, and so you decide it's time to shop for a house. The downside is that it's early 2022 and the housing market is just red hot. You have no idea what to do, you don't know what you like or want and everyone is telling you to go with their agent. Thankfully, I had a friend who just went through a very similar situation and she gave me a phone number. Enter Jennifer. She explained everything to me in great detail, answered all my questions, and most importantly made me feel like I was in control through the whole process. There was never a time where I felt like I couldn't talk to her or I couldn't ask a question and that's so very important, especially the first time you're buying. She even let my parents tag along when we were looking at places (just because they were so excited their oldest was finally buying) and I really appreciated that.
